When a defect occurs to a building whether due to water ingress, dry/wet rot, structural failure etc, we can inspect the property, arrange appropriate tests to be carried out, analyse the results and report with recommendations on remedial repairs. 

We also undertake Pre-acquisition Surveys of offices, shops, industrial and residential properties for landlords, tenants or owner occupiers. When required, we recommend and co-ordinate the services of other professional consultants to check electrical wiring, heating installations etc. to ensure the production of comprehensive reports.

Schedules of Condition are a formal descriptive and photographic record of the general condition of a subject as of a particular date. These are then used as reference material when assessing damage caused during building operations or when restricting a tenant's repairing obligations under the terms of their lease.
