We have acted on numerous dilapidations projects over a wide portfolio of properties including representing a multi-national client in negotiations with their landlord and thereafter specifying and supervising repair works to a value of £650,000.

Similarly, we can provide advice to tenants at pre-acquisition stage on potential dilapidation risks and negotiate the extent and specification of works to be undertaken by the landlord to upgrade the building fabric to a condition consistent with a FRI lease.
