In February 2011 Adam was appointed an Associate Director of Surveying Solutions. Adam joined Surveying Solutions as a Graduate Building Surveyor in 2004, gaining Chartered status in 2008.  In that time he has gained considerable experience in a wide range of Building Surveying services including Contract Administration, CDM Co-ordination, Condition surveys, Measured Surveys, Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition and HMO Licensing.  Experience with computer-aided design and an in-depth knowledge of the Scottish Building Regulations also enables him to produce accurate drawings for the purposes of Building Warrant and Planning applications. a.monteith@surveying-solutions.co.uk
