Douglas is a Director of Surveying Solutions and responsible for providing the full range of commercial Building Surveying and professional services to a wide range of public and private sector clients. He is also a Regional Director of UKBS Plc a group of property consultancy companies who offer core Building Surveying Services throughout the UK. Douglas adopts a “hands on” approach and has gained experience in project management, contract administration, CDM Coordinator, property acquisitions, fabric condition surveys, fire insurance valuations, fire risk assessments, DDA access audits and professional services such as mediation, expert witness, Dilapidations and Schedules of Condition.
