A Project Manager deals with all aspects of a project for a client. It is the Project Manager's responsibility to ensure that the clients' interests are properly safeguarded in terms of design and workmanship as well as the effective use of time and money. Depending on the project, Surveying Solutions can either fulfill the roles of designer, contract administrator and quantity surveyor in-house or if appropriate establish and manage a separate design team of all the required consultants. In either situation we manage all aspects of the project on behalf of our clients from initial brief to handover of the completed works tailoring our approach to suit building projects of all sizes and complexities.
