A project manager establishes a design team of architects, quantity surveyors, engineers and other consultants as necessitated by the project on behalf of a client. It is the Project Manager's responsibility to ensure that the clients' interests are properly safeguarded in terms of the design and workmanship as well as the effective use of time and money.
